We stayed 2 nights and had a nice time. The front desk was awesome, breakfast was top notch, excellent location, right next to the river. Hoping to find a package that includes Marlins/Panthers games, or Spring Training Package.
The staff were really friendly and helpful with every request. They welcomed us warmly and even gave us extra time to check out. The room was clean and the hotel offered excellent services. Highly recommended!
From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for something special. The service here is truly impeccable, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. A huge shoutout to Neitha at the front desk, who set the tone for my entire stay. She was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in what she does. The staff as a whole made me feel valued and at home, and every interaction was friendly and efficient. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has that perfect mix of comfort and class.
Great location and friendly staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable overall. Breakfast was mediocre and a bit inefficient, and the $20 per person shuttle to the port wasn’t worth it — an Uber was cheaper. Still, it served our needs well and is a solid option for a convenient stay before our cruise. Nice view of the river and you could walk it. We even got a great rainbow picture!
I had a wonderful experience with my stay! Front desk were all friendly and helpful, especially Daienlla and Mitchi. Esteban and Alejandro were great valets and took care of us! I will definitely be back.
It was wonderful. Especially the front desk staff Daniella and Nata was so amazing, They were so efficient from checking in and checking out. So accommodating when my room had a plumbing issue from the bathtub water backing up and switching rooms for me. Thank you both ladies, you made our experience here in Miami so amazing
The customer service from Silveria was outstanding. She was attentive and handled my check-in with much care. Her interaction with all guest around me was top-tier and she made me feel warm and comfortable during my stay.
I did a one night stay next to the cruise port a Lyft xl was less than 15 bucks . I got here early and they let us check in before 12. We got to go to the pool. They even brought up extra towels within 5 mins of calling to ask. We got to go to the restaurant and the pizza and pasta were amazing. They even made us an off menu white peach sangria that was perfect. Overall an amazing stay will definitely be returning .
